Protect-a-bed Bed Bug Mattress Cover - Cal King: Your mattress cover is advertised as 11" deep but supposedly fits up to 15" inches deep. I have a 14" deep mattress, and concerned that we may be stretching the limits of this 11" cover.AThe manufacturer of the Protect-A-Bed Mattress Covers decided to use the measurement of the product before it is placed on the mattress. The covers are made to stretch and should fit very snug to ensure the effectiveness of the encasement. We have sold this cover for mattresses up to 15"…

The covers are made to stretch and should fit very snug to ensure the effectiveness of the encasement. We have sold this cover for mattresses up to 15" for years and have never had any complaints that it ripped. If your mattress measures 14" deep, then this is the correct cover for you. -

We would suggest to go with the larger size of the two to make sure there is not too much stretching on the encasement and to give more room for it to move and not tear as you sleep on it.
