Tomahawk squirrel trap - Model 603SS

Very satisfied with the operation and quality of the trap. Easily catches squirrels, and never seems to miss. I spread peanut butter on the trip stage and peanut butter is also smeared on a small piece of white bread which I stick to the trip stage bait. Seems to work seemlessly. I anchor the trap with 2 bricks on each side in the middle of the trap which discourages reaching through the cage to the trip pan.

Best trap I've owned

I have a persistent ground squirrel problem and have been plagued by false tripping with the Havahart 2 door trap and escapes when I forget to release the door retainer clip on the Havahart single door trap. The Tomahawk is a sturdy, well made, idiot proof trap that is very sensitive (adjustable sensitivity) that gives no false tripping. Great trap!
