Worked 1000% better than expected. I will definitely buy again if needed.. this is 1st time I used do your own. I will definitely use them again. Very very pleased with everything. Super fast speedy shipping too. Pete
When I received my Vexis herbicide in the mail, the lid had come off during shipment and lost half of the product. The postal worker brought my package to my door and said that there was granular pellets coming out of the package. When i opened the package the lid was off and there was granular pellets every where. Need to seal the lids before shipping it out.
I have had Nutsedge in my yard for years now and the pros have put tons of chemicals to try and get rid of it. However, with just one application and a little patience this product got rid of it all. I am very very pleased with the product.
I was somewhat skeptical when I first purchased this and thought I would give it a try as sedge is a real problem in our area, not just for golf courses, but also on private lawns. I selected a small test plot to try and spread the Vexis fairly freely onto the plot. After a few days I saw no change and thought, "darn...another product that does not work on sedge."
However, two weeks later, the entire plot of sedge is almost gone. I noted it turning slightly yellow after about 8 days. The key is to keep it watered in and mowed. We mow this plot three times a week and so it was getting cut consistently. It will be interesting to see IF this is a permanent kill for the sedge. Hoping so. Would recommend this product.
Bought this product to specifically target dollarweed and sedge. Saw minimal change for the first few weeks but, give it time to work! It has now been alittle over a month and the sedge is gone and the dollarweed is not far behind. Great product and will definitely buy again.
Can Vexis Herbicide be applied on bermuda that was sodded 3 weeks ago?
I thought another product had killed my nutsedge so I dug out the area and sodded celebration bermuda. Turns out the "dead" nutsedge enjoyed the daily watering more than the new grass so although the sod has done well the nutsedge is just as healthy and better established.
It is best not to apply products until your lawn is well established, which typically means that it has been mowed at least twice. Per the Vexis Herbicide GranularProduct Label: "Delay application of this product until 3 weeks after sodding, sprigging or plugging operations".

Per the Vexis HerbicideProduct Label: Do not apply directly to flowers, vegetables, ground covers, gardens or landscape plantings including ornamental shrubs or trees. We would not recommend using this product in flower beds, this is strictly to be used in your lawn.
