How Victor Roach/Insect Pheromone Traps Work

The Victor M327 roach and insect traps are prebaited with Victor's highly effective roach pheromone attractant and a food scent to lure roaches in. Each case comes with 100 larger traps that can be split along a perforated edge to create 300 smaller traps. The traps can be mounted on almost any surface. Victor M327 Roach Pheromone and Insect Monitor Traps contain no poisons and will not harm children or pets.

The multiple entry points and low-profile shape of the M327 trap also make it an appealing place for roaches and other pests to hide. The exterior contains a built-in label for easy monitoring. M327 traps can be used alone or as part of an Integrated Pest Management program, even in the most sensitive areas.

Target Pests

German Roaches, cockroaches

Target Uses of Victor Roach/Insect Traps M327

These traps are perfect not just for roach control, but to monitor early warning signs of a potential German roach problem in apartments, houses, etc. (In other words, these traps will catch the very first roaches in a premature infestation, allowing you to take action early, rather than later). A must have with any roach control program.

The Victor M327 is designed for discreet placement with its low-profile, angled shape and built-in exterior label. Simply monitor and replace traps as needed. Use in conjunction with baiting or spraying, or alone in sensitive environments where sprays may be prohibited or undesirable. Do not use in wet areas, outdoors, or where sprays may contaminate the traps.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT: No active pesticide ingredients. Contains glue, roach pheromone, and food attractant.

Application Instructions

***Always read the product label completely before use***

Traps are packaged as flat sheets that may be folded as one larger trap or separated into two smaller traps. Separate traps along center perforation to make two smaller traps, if desired. Fold trap along creases to make into a triangular shape. The smallest edge contains adhesive to hold the trap together. Remove adhesive covering and fold trap into triangular shape. Remove the protective sheet from the glue inside trap. Inspect for signs of insect or roach activity such as feces and cast skins, and apply traps in areas where pest activity has been found or where roaches are likely to harbor. If desired, remove plastic covering from adhesive on the bottom of each trap to secure in place. (Ensure the surface where trap is to be applied is clean.) Monitor traps and replace as needed.

*The date and location of each trap may be marked on the trap itself.

*When placing in corners, leave open edges exposed.

*Always place and store out of reach of children and pets. Oil such as vegetable oil can be used to dissolve glue, if necessary.

*The use of residual sprays or harsh cleaners on or near pheromone traps may make them less attractive to roaches.

Each case contains 150 cards that make three traps each, for a total of 300 small traps per case.

Standard Application Rates

No restrictions on number of traps allowed to be used in a single location.

For use in the following areas:

Use indoors in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings, in areas not readily accessible to children or pets. No label use restrictions.

Indoors-

Place traps in areas where roach activity has been seen or is likely to occur, such as in corners, cabinets, and under and behind furniture and appliances. See our Indoor Roach Control Guide for more examples of placement. Monitor traps regularly and replace when full or if dusty. Do not use in areas easily accessible to children or pets. Do not place on moist surfaces or in areas likely to be exposed to water. Extreme heat may cause glue to melt or be less effective.

Outdoors-

Victor Roach Pheromone Traps are not intended for outdoor use. Heat and direct sunlight can melt the glue, dust and other debris will stick to the glue, and rain may damage the cardboard.

    They work.

    By Chris on 11/26/2010

    Verified Purchase

These traps work, but much more slowly than most other methods. We have placed them all over the house, and they have helped us determine the places with the most traffic, so we have placed more traps in those areas.

    Pheromones really ???

    By Jc on 11/16/2011

    Verified Purchase

I was disappointed they were no better than the ones you buy in Walmart. What Pheromone? The bugs would crawl around it and I would sometimes leave it flat but then it would get stuck on my cat.

    Great for crickets.

    By Hoss on 05/26/2014

    Verified Purchase

I have used M327 traps since 2009 and have saved my house from constant invasion of crickets, among other insects. I highly recommend them. No need to use chemical sprays when traps work better, last longer, and are safe.

    Bring back paper backing

    By Mark on 01/08/2020

Good monitor but a recent change to the removable backing from paper to plastic makes them difficult to separate.
