Will Mallet 2F T&O kill fleas? If so what is the mix ratio needed

No, Mallet 2F T&O Insecticide is not labeled for fleas. Talstar P is one of the top insecticides for treating insects outdoors and lists over 75 insects on the label including fleas but also ticks, fire ants, mosquitoes, noseeums, spiders, scorpions, etc.
Talstar P is mixed at 0.5 fl oz to 1.0 fl oz per gallon of water per 1,000 sq ft area. When treating for Fleas, it is best to use an insecticide along with an Insect Growth Regulator to help stop the reproduction cycle.
