Great product, however I have ants behind the back splash in the kitchen and it is proving a challenge to kill them. I even routinely spray with bifen and tarus sc in the soil outside. And suspend for indoors. So all in all great and happy with product.

I have been in the pest control biz for 30 years. Baiting for ants will give you a pretty good chance at eliminating ant colonies. Now, things vary, type of ant, time of year, weather, time of day. Are there other critters that will steal the bait etc. Ants are after either protein or sweet things, again depending on time of year. If they are in your candy , use a sweet bait, if in the pet food THIS is the ticket. It works most every time. Now the beauty of these little granules is that you will actually see the ants move off with a piece. In this way with a flashlight with a red lens or just using slight light of a normal lens (don't freak them out) track them back to the nest. Is it outside? in the roof? You will , with this product be able to find out. Some baits kill too fast, you don't want that. With this product you have two ways to get them, a tainted food supply, and or finding and then attacking the nest direct. I have found THIS product to be the most successful one.

After reading other reviews I ordered this in conjunction with Advion Ant Bait Gel. I pulled back the pine straw on the outside of my home and started to shake the Advance 385A on the ground. Almost immediately it was like a feeding frenzy! I literally watched the ants carry the granules back into the ground. Several days later I did not see one ant in my kitchen. It's now been three weeks with no ants. I highly recommend this product along with the Advion Gel for indoors

Product worked well on Carpenter ants . Placed around base if all my trees and house perimeter. After a few days almost all are gone. Ready for second application.

The bait attracted very small ants, but the carpenter ants did not show any interest in the bait at all.

In the past, I had used a sugar based ant gel bait. In my previous home, the sugar based gel always worked. But in my new home, the ants avoided it. After searching the Internet to find answers about why the ant bait wasn't working, I came on this website and read about how ants forage for what they need and if they don't need sugar - they won't take the bait. So I bought this ant bait because it is protein based. The ant problem was so bad that I decided to take a chance and give the granular bait a try. I am happy to say that within 5 seconds of putting this bait down, the ants were already taking the bait and then they swarmed within an hour. Within 3 to 5 days the number of ants dwindled and disappeared. It's been almost a month and I have had no problems since. I highly recommend this product and would gladly buy it again. It was just what I needed for my situation.

This is the good stuff! I used this and Advion Ant Bait Gel and I couldn't be more pleased. My black ant problem has been obliterated. As soon as i sprinkled it on the ground, they swarmed it and started carrying it off. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this to any and everyone.

this product really works... I use to see a lot of large carpenter ants ... inside and out. at first I put the granulars outside. and the next day I just sprinkled some in my kitchen where I saw them the most. within a week later I saw no ants walking around. maybe one or two ants every now and then . now after sweeping up the dead ants when I got in fewer and fewer now .... there are no ants to even sweep up. so I finished filling and placing the bait traps all around the house. behind the fridge and stove in closets corners and joust openings . surprised it worked so fast. . I do recommend this product

I purchased several items in the past that just seemed to never work. A friend suggested using 375A ant bait who claimed to have great results. I purchased Advance 375A and I have been using it ever since. Works great, and is easy to use. I would recommend this product .

Don't know how this will work yet cause the ants only went for the sweet bait. I bought it as a backup and will save it for next time.

This granular ant bait is very expensive! Have have bought other granular ant bait that works better and much lest expensive! I followed directions on how to apply the ant bait. After 6 days they were still there, so I reapplied. Five days latter the ants are still active and I can still see the granular ant bait on the mound.

We are sorry to hear results were not as expected with the Advance 375. It can take time to eliminate ant colonies, up to 30 days or more depending on the size of the colony, the number of colonies consuming the bait, and the type of ants you are actually dealing with. Highly recommended protein based bait. Used in conjunction with liquid Terro borax bait. Worked like a charm. When they stopped going to the liquid they went for the advance pellet's. Wiped out the entire colony. Helpful to use both products as colonies require both protein and liquid.

I learned how effective this product was a few seasons ago however I am learning about the different times of year when ants need to feed on proteins or sugars. If you buy this product I do recommend you get the sugar bait kit as well. If ants are hungry for either one they will consume it all if they pick and go then you have your answer to switch to the other product

Love this business but the label for Advance granular should not list harvester ants. They will take the first application that will slow them down , the next application they will not touch. So very ineffective on Harvester ants.

I had a trail of ants attacking my dog's food after a heavy rainstorm pushed the ants inside my home. I contacted Do My Own Pest Control and they assessed the situation and recommended Advance 375A Select. The ants were gone in a matter of hours. I now plan to look through their other products. Used this product when I was a professional pest tech with a major pest control company. Had great results with it then and now, around my own home. Both pavement and carpenter ants scoop this stuff up like crazy. I used it on and around our front walk and a couple days after using it...bingo, no pavement ants.

This is a great product.  Does the trick on carpenter ants.  Small amounts placed along the ant trail and in a few days all are gone.  Also a great price from the people at DoMyOwnPestControl.

I was all excited to use this and the ants didn't touch it at all. I had read that it depends on what they are looking for, that sometimes the gel works better. I had bought both. The gel worked great. I only rated it 1 star because I had to put something in. Would rather write N/A since I haven't been able to use it yet.

As soon as I put it down the ant's were all over it. I actually saw them fighting over it. This stuff was by far the best ant bait I've found. Money well spent.

Have had a problem with carpenter ants for several years. A lot of solutions just don't work. Tried the Advance 375A within the past few weeks and have noticed that in some places(which were infested) there are no ants. Can't give it five stars because I have to wait until Fall to see how well things turned out.

Great product when used in conjunction with other recomended products. Two days & the coloney of small what I call sugar ants or nuisance ants was destroyed.

This product works great in conjunction with the gel. My only complaint is that they don't sell it in a smaller package. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Purchased this for an ant infestation in my back yard. Not being familiar with species of ants other than carpenter ants (Advance carpenter ant bait is quite effective, so I tried some of this for other species) I can only say that I used some of this on large black ants about 1/2" long. These nasty creatures often try to take a piece of your leg home for lunch. They wolfed the 375a down. A week later the nest was still active but the active ants were busy carrying the dead ones out by the dozens. They seem to have stopped foraging. It indicates to me that at the very least, this product has done some severe damage to the colony. If they begin to forage again, I'll feed them some more. Out of town right now so couldn't make any recent observations.

Had a large infestation of ants, after placing product around foundation and mounds, problem solved within a few days. This stuff works great!!!!
