After reading the other reviews I had hoped that I had finally found a cure to the yearly brown patch. Unfortunately even after 2 treatments the lawn is showing any improvement.

Applied one app at recommended rate in my Tall Fescue lawn for brown patch and dollar spot. Didn't help at all and the grass seemed to get worse. Was really hoping to like this product too.

With diseases they are always easier to prevent than to cure and when they are thriving it can take repeat applications and rotating to different products to get complete elimination. There are also non chemical steps to take to help eliminate conditions that allow these diseases to thrive.
