BioAdvanced Fire Ant Killer Dust is a low-odor formula which effectively kills the queen ant and the entire colony fast. It comes in a ready-to-use dust formulation which starts working as soon as it is applied. Simply sprinkle it to target areas, leave and see results in as little as three days. It helps destroy the mound and control fire ants, pavement ants and red harvester ants in lawns, ground covers, flower beds, and around trees and shrubs. HOW MUCH TO APPLY
1 tsp. (2 shakes) per mound. For mounds larger than 12 inches, use 2 tsp. (4 shakes).
HOW TO APPLY
To Apply As Shaker: Hold container 12-18 inches above mound. Tilt to use multiple holes, shake gently and sprinkle evenly over the mound.
For best results, follow application with a gentle 1 gallon sprinkling of water -- high pressure will cause the ants to move the mound. Treat new mounds as they appear.
HOW IT WORKS
This product begins to work upon contact, although death is not immediate. This is important, as it allows the worker ants enough time to track the powder down into the mound. Here it is picked up and spread throughout the mound, killing the entire colony, including the queen.
