    Q
Can you use the B&G TM-1 Green Termite Monitor in the winter? We have just started seeing flying termites inside the house.
    Will they start eating furniture?
    A

B&G TM-1 Green Termite Monitor can be used all year round. Furniture can be affected sometimes but it also really depends on what type of termites you have. Please read over our Drywood Termite Inspection Guide and our Subterranean Termite Inspection Guide to determine which one you have and the best treatment for each kind.

  • Asked by James from Wesley Chapel Fl.

    Q
How does the rain affect the monitors in Florida
    A
Rain would heavily impact a station such as the B&G TM-1 Green Termite Monitor as there is only a small piece of wood and cardboard that are acting as an attractant for any that may be in the soil. They would not be ideal for high water/rain conditions or long term full home protection in comparison to other bait stations on the market such as the HexPro Termite Baiting System

    Q
How I know the result positive or negative when using B&G TM-1 Green Termite Monitor?
    A

When you open the lid of the B&G TM-1 Green Termite Monitors, you will see a piece of cardboard that is designed to attract the termites as a food source. You will see live termites or signs of their activity if they are using the station.
