Bifen IT and Termidor should not be mixed for termite control. Bifenthrin products used to be considered a good form of termite treatment, but bifenthrin acts as a repellent and now a days almost all professional termite companies are using non-repellents, such as Termidor SC. We have a great article called How To Do A Termite Treatment that explains how to perform a treatment using a non-repellent termiticide.
Bifen IT is not labeled to be used on anything edible so would not be recommended. For vegetable garends we would recommend using the Fertilome Triple Action. Nits cannot hatch if they are not on a human host, because their temperature cannot be maintained properly and the nit will not be viable.

Carpets and other flooring should be thoroughly vacuumed and the vacuum bag sealed in a plastic bag and thrown away. Furniture can be sprayed with Sterifab. Sterifab is an alcohol based product that includes a synthetic pyrethroid that is safe to spray on furniture and mattresses. Sterifab dries in about 20 minutes and does not leave any residual on the surface that is sprayed.
Bifen IT should be mixed at 1 oz per gallon of water and sprayed 3 ft around a fire mound. You should also drench the mound by using sufficient force to break their apex and allow the insecticide solution to flow into the ant tunnels. For best results, apply in cool weather (65 - 80?F) or in early morning or late evening hours. The finished solution should also be broadcast over the lawn surface.

Bifen IT is not a product that is approved for use on edible plants, so if you are using it in equipment that is used for this purpose, be sure the equipment is thoroughly cleaned both before and after applications. It is generally best to use dedicated equipment for use around edibles, and to use separate equipment for herbicides so that there is no residual that may interfere with other applications.
