Bifen IT and Pivot 10 IGR should NOT be applied in a thermal or ULV fogger. It should be dispersed in a hand pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, hose end sprayer or mist blower. We do carry thermal fogging concentrates that would be fine to apply.

Yes, Bifen IT is labeled for bees and can be used indoors and outdoors around the perimeter of your home. The mixing rate is 1 fl oz per gallon of water. Bifen IT can be reapplied every 30 days as needed. This is a residual so it will not kill them on contact. Once they come in contact with the treated area, they will die within a few days.
When applying Bifen IT for fall webworms or other ornamental pests, use 0.125-0.25 ounces of concentrate per 1,000 square feet, or 5.4-10.8 oz. per 100 galons of water for high volume applications. See the product label for complete application instructions.
Bifen IT is not labeled for use in drains. Roaches can be seen coming out of drains because more than likely they were looking for a water source. For the best roach control, we recommend using a Roach Control Kit. Please view our How to Get Rid of Roaches article for other tips and information.

Bifen IT should be applied every 30 days. It can take a few days to start seeing results, especially if you are dealing with a heavy infestation.
It depends on where you need to treat. Bifen IT and Temprid SC are similar as both contain a synthetic pyrethroid. Both are labeled for indoor and outdoor use, but Temprid SC is not labeled for turf and ornamental treatment. Bifen IT is labeled for lawn and ornamental use, and can be used on trees, plants, bushes and shrubs for all sorts of ornamental pests. They are both great insecticides and can be alternated to avoid resistance.
Bifen is not used to control moles. This product is an insecticide that will control lawn infesting pest like ants, roaches, crickets, worms, caterpillars, ticks, etc. The best way to control moles is with a product specifically labeled for them, such as Talpirid Mole Worms, or Giant Destroyer Gassers.
