However, keep in mind that the better the coverage of the target plant, the better the translocation effect would be, which means better results. We would recommend to start spraying down low and spray as far up as you can reach as most insect damage does tend to develop closer to the ground. -

Bayer Advanced 3 in 1 Insect Disease Mite Control RTU is applied as a foliar spray only and would not be effective when sprayed to the soil around the plants. It is absorb by the foliage during this application.

I applied Bayer Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II. A day later I noticed a severe mite infestation in same shrubs (boxwoods). Would it be safe for my shrubs to apply the 3 in 1 now, or if not, how long would I have to wait to apply it? I sent an e-mail earlier today about my nellie stephen holly bushes (4-5ft / 2yrs old) was told to get Merit Granular, but this seems good too...have problem with sooty black mold on leaves..so would this work too?AThe Bayer Advanced 3 in 1 Insect Disease Mite Control RTU is absorbed systemically by the plant and is labeled for black spot. It does have the same active ingredient as Merit, Imidacloprid.

The columnar spruce tree is quite tall and will be very hard to spray. The nursery told me to put it around the base of the tree but the instructions indicate otherwise.ABio Advanced 3 in 1 Insect Disease & Mite Control RTU should only be applied as directed as a foliage spray as directed on the product label.
