Use Blade to remove overseeded ryegrass and hasten spring release of bermudagrass - without injury to the bermudagrass. Blade does not delay the transition to bermudagrass in the spring. Transition occurs slowly over 3 to 4 weeks.
Blade is also used in lawns for control of broadleaf weeds in St. Augustinegrass turf. Blade is effective at very low rates, ranging from 0.125 to 1.0 dry ounce of product per acre, yet has an extremely low toxicity to animals and humans.
Use Blade only on bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass, zoysiagrass (Meyers and Emerald), centipedegrass, Kentucky bluegrass and fine fescue (excluding tall fescue and turf-type tall fescue). Labeled turf species have a high degree of tolerance at labeled use rates.
Low use rates reduce the impact on the environment and there is very little hazard to humans when Blade is used according to label directions.

I am in Winter Garden (Orlando) FL and I have had a bad breakout of Dollar weed already (FEB 10). I was looking at the SpeedZone but in the Q & A it states not to use on Flroatam. Can this be used?

I have read the directions of .125 dry ounce per acre but when dealing with a 1 gal hand pump sprayer and spot treating a 1/4 acre residential property what is the ratio per gal?

I have several properties, two being 1.4 acres. How do I apply this to the grass? Can I put it in a 2 or 3 gallon sprayer? I just canceled a yard service because I'm still having weed issues and the guys are not diligent workers. I would rather do it myself. What should I use for post emergent weeds on Centipede and St. Augustine grasses?
