    You should water in after the application of Bonide Weed Beater Complete like you would with other pre-emergent herbicides.

    When is the best time to apply Bonide Weed Beater Complete?
    We just moved to upstate WA and have ALOT of clover we can't seem to get rid of. Want to prevent this clover from rearing its ugly head next year. What is best to prevent it and when to apply and any recommendation for killing what we have now? Tried weed killer for lawns but it didn't kill the clover.

    Bonide Weed Beater Complete will not affect poa annua.  It will only treat broadleaf weeds.

    Bonide Weed Beater Complete states on the product label: Reseeding, overseeding or sprigging of treated areas within three to twelve months after application of the product could inhibit the establishment of desirable turfgrasses.  Please refer to Table 4 on the label for exact intervals.

    You should keep people and pets out of the area while treating with Bonide Weed Beater Complete until it has completely dried. It is safe for all to return thereafter typically after 4-6 hours after watering in.

    What is the temperature range for Bonide Weed Beater Complete for southern lawns?
    A

    For post-emergent control, it is best to treat weeds in the spring before temperatures reach 80 degrees or higher.  St. Augustine turf may discolor leaf surfaces but will recover with new growth and mowing. Please refer to the Bonide Weed Beater Complete label for full application instructions.
