Can Southern Ag 20-20-20- Soluble Fertilizer be used in a hose end sprayer ? if so what is the mixing rate?

Per the Southern Ag 20-20-20 Soluble Fertilizer label:Â Do not apply with hose-end sprayers or injection ratio feeders without using a proper anti-backflow device.
