Can Southern Ag Lawn Weed Killer with Trimec be used on dormant grass?

Our grass is still dormant, but the weeds are growing like crazy. Can this product be used at this time, or do we have to wait for the grass to be growing and green?

Answer:

Southern Ag Lawn Weed Killer with Trimec can be used on dormant turf for actively growing weeds.  Just be sure to not apply during spring green up.  Once it starts to come out of dormancy you would need to wait until it has fully greened to use again.
