Read Full Answer »Catt Plex is completely safe for people, pets, livestock, fish, birds, irrigation, consumption, and swimming. It is recommended to follow the label instructions prior to applying. You will NOT want to treat the entire pond at once because this will cause oxygen depletion and may kill the aquatic life. Treat 1/2 of the pond and wait two weeks and then treat the remainder.
