  • Product Overview

Charger Basic Herbicide is a powerful formula that provides long-lasting and broad-spectrum control of annual grasses, broadleaf weeds, and sedges in corn, cotton, soybeans and a wide variety of crops. It contains the highly active ingredient s-metolachlor which is effective against nuisance weeds such as barnyardgrass, bristly foxtail, crabgrass, fall panicum, foxtail millet, giant foxtail, goosegrass, red rice, signalgrass, yellow foxtail, yellow nutsedge, carpetweed, galinsoga, pigweed, tropical spiderwort, and more. It works excellently as a seedling shoot inhibitor, plus it offers a versatile application option to let you meet production requirements accordingly. This liquid formulation may be applied preemergence, early preplant, preplant incorporated, and post-emergence in some crops. Product can be applied alone but can be combined with other preemergent herbicides for a broader spectrum of control and long-lasting protection against weeds. Available in a 2.5-gal jug.
