One Of The Best Investments In My Life
By Justin on 09/15/2013
I live next to the Army's largest Depot and all the returning armored vehicles etc., brought back nightmares of new insects in the Afghan and Iraq sand. Clear Sand flies that carry deadly diseases ; bed bugs that elders say are "no bed bugs they have ever seen" jump , land on you and dig out of site in your tissue. Fleas that nothing kills. I spent thousands of dollars on cheap can foggers that would have worked 10 years ago. It is war continued. I have learned for survival every insect spray and my biology degree has allowed some comfort in identification of insects using my microscopes plus research. I swear on my life it is money thrown away on insecticides unless you have a ULV fogger. The Commander Tri-Jet Fogger will fog so fine it takes a few minutes to see a fog forming , creeping its way into the walls and every crack killing every nasty bug that no spray bottle could ever reach. I lived 2 years in insect hell and tried every insecticide ; some 300$. All the money I spent I should have just poured the insecticides in a river ( no never ever do that just a little humor after a very bad experience with bugs most of these insecticides will kill fish). Save thousands of dollars and possibly years of heart ache and maybe even your life ruined over insect infestations and buy a ULV fogger. Buying the Commander tri jet fogger literally has saved my life and ended a long time of misery. The insecticides that do not work with a sprayer turn to magic bug killers with the Commander Tri-Jet Fogger. Thank you DMOPControl.

Super Fogger
By Roque on 07/20/2013
I really wasn't sure what I was buying because the pics don't give size reference. The is a large, but light weight fogged with massive power to spray incredibly fine mist very far and deep into surrounding trees and house overhangs and under hard to reach porches, etc where my Mosquitos flock from. Best purchase ever.

Commander Tri-Jet Fogger
By Howardr on 06/21/2016
After several months of failed attempts with can foggers and fumigators, I purchased the Tri-Jet Fogger, ExciteR, and Nyguard (IGR). I discovered my hard to get rid of insect problem was taking refuge in my air conditioning ducts. (Can fumigators and foggers instruct that central air cooling/heating systems be off and ceiling ducts be closed. Generally speaking, the cans do not have enough content nor dispersal duration to effectively cover the ventilation system AND the actual rooms in need of treatment.) I opened all the central air vents, removed the return air duct filter, and turned the unit's fan to "continuous run". Per manufacturer's instructions, I mixed the ExciteR and Nylar in a one gallon water based mix. I aimed the unit at the return air duct, set it to its smallest mist setting, and turned it on. I checked after about half an our, the "fogged" product had filled my two bedroom apt. and the Fogger was empty. Turned it off and returned in about two hours. The flea/tick insect (not sure what it was) I was trying to rid was gone, but there was an unexpected bonus, several spiders were lying out in the open, under the vent locations, dead, as well as one silverfish by my front door.

Great Fogger!
By Lj on 08/04/2014
I use this fogger in the HVAC system of my Sports Bar. (Smoking bar). It does a great job fogging the product so the HVAC system can suck it through the Duct work, killing the nicotine and freshening the building. (I use Benefect to do this, totally food and people safe, and it smells wonderful!) Works really well, don't hesitate to buy this one!

I have a true cockroach infestation in a vacant house. Would this fogger be recommended to help with the initial knockdown? They are everywhere and I want something that will knock the population out first before spraying and baiting and utilizing dust
Pyrocide 100 (1% Pyrethrum Fogging Concentrate) can be used in the Commander Tri-Jet Fogger for a knockdown/cleanout roach treatment.
Please view the Undiluted and Diluted instructions on page 3 of the Pyrocide 100 product label for more information.
Following a fogging application for cleanout, we would recommend treating with one of our Roach Control Kits for an aggressive treatment approach to eliminate roaches. Repeat applications are required every 14 days. If after 90 days you are still seeing roach activity, you will want to rotate to another Roach Kit to offer a different roach bait with different bait matrix.
View our Roach Treatment Guide for more information.
Looking for something that can be family and pet friendly once dry.
Stryker 100 is labeled to be used in conventional fogging equipment such as ULV Foggers like the Commander Tri-Jet Fogger or thermal foggers. Per the product label, when using ULV equipment, apply at the rate of 4 fl oz/ acre. Allow spray drift to penetrate dense foliage.
Stryker 100 has been discontinued by the manufacturer. ULD BP-100 Fogging Concentrate would be an alternative recommendation.
Most fog machines consist of a heat element to heat up the oil based fogging product to create a "fog". The Commander Tri-Jet Fogger shoots out a cold ultra low volume spray and it does not contain a heating element. This product would likely perform very poorly for this use and would likely end up drenching people in product. We would advise using a fog machine specifically for your use/product.
You could potentially use a fogging solution inside the Commander Tri-Jet Fogger to kill flying insects such as hornets and wasps in your barn. ULD BP-100 Fogging Concentrate has hornets and yellowjackets on the label. Keep in mind that fogging solutions are unlikely to provide instant knockdown on larger insects like wasps, however. We advised wearing protective clothing and leaving the area as soon as possible after treatment. If you can get within about 15-20 feet of a nest, then you will get a much faster knockdown using a ready-to-use product such as PT Wasp Freeze Aerosol. Animals and food or feed should not be present or exposed when these products are applied.
It won't spray.
You can view some instructions for the Commander Tri-Jet Fogger here. Be sure that the intake filter on the back of the unit is clean and has the soft covering over it to protect it. Also, be sure that you are only using products labeled for use in a ULV fogging machine. If you need assistance troubleshooting your machine, then you can reach Createch directly at 850-421-6002.
While the Commander Tri-Jet Fogger can be used for fogging insecticides indoors for listed insects, there is not a termiticide labeled for this type of application nor would this be effective. Tenting is a specific treatment that is done by professionals only and cannot be even closely duplicated by a homeowner.
For Drywood Termites, you would need to directly treat the wood they are infesting.BoraCare would be the best and long term treatment to the wood the termite colony has infested.
View our Drywood Termite Treatment Guide for more information.
For Subterranean Termites where termite colonies are located in the soil under or around the home, the most effective treatment is by trenching around the exterior perimeter foundation with Taurus SC. Taurus SC, when applied as a trench treatment will eradicate a termite colony wiithin 90 days and will provide a 10 year barrier protection against Subterranean Termites.
View our Subterranean Termite Treatment Guide for step by step instructions and more information.
Termidor Foam can be used to directly treat active termite colonies ISubterranean or Drywood) in wall voids, around windows, doors, behind cabinets, etc.Termidor Foam will not eradicate an entire Subterranean Termite Colony but will treat that area of activity.

I have ants coming up from under the house.
Fogging would not be the best method to treat for ants that are foraging inside of the structure. Fogging will only kill insects that are present during the application without a continued kill. Treatment with baits in and around the property (trailing sites etc) and applying a residual product that will continue to be effective would be best for this colonized insect so that you will be able to target more than the amount of pests noticed. Please take a few moments to review our treatment article on How to Get Rid of Ants for a successful program.

Can you crossfire or any water based insecticide in the fogger without cut the gas off.
The Commander Tri-Jet Fogger cannot be used with Crossfire as it is not a fogging solution. Crossfire can only be applied with a sprayer.
While we know the Commander Tri-Jet Fogger can be used with most oil and water based products, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for more information on using vinegar as that is outside our knowledge base. You can reach CreaTech by calling 850-421-6002.

We had a cedar oil based spray. Will this work in the fogger?

The Commander Tri-Jet Fogger is a piece of equipment that you hold and direct the fog to where you want it to go. It is not one that is set and left.
