    Is Cyper WP effective on carpet beetles?

    Cyper WP would kill carpet beetles but it can only be sprayed in cracks and crevices around baseboards, door frames, window frames and under appliances indoors. You cannot use Cyper WP to treat carpets or in other broadcast spray applications indoors.     How do you control millipedes indoors?
    I live in a townhouse, and over the last 6-9 months we have been invaded by millipedes. I suspect these may be coming in from an attached unit, but regardless, I'm trying to find the best solution to control this pest. I've been using Suspend SC for some other pests and had hoped this would control the millipedes too, but it's hasn't even slowed them down. What solutions do you recommend?

    Millipedes are usually going to be present when there is a lot of moisture in the area. If you have a lot of mulch near your house you may want to consider raking it back at least six inches away from the house. Also trimming bushes so that you can see the soil beneath them and so they do not touch the house will help reduce soil moisture and stop the insects from gaining access to the house via the bushes.  We recommend using Cyper WP around the outside perimeter of the home (especially under and around eaves, decks, patios, and window shutters), and inside along baseboards, in cracks and crevices, and other potential millipede harboring locations. It is recommended that you caulk and seal as many indoor cracks and crevices as possible to stop insects from entering under walls and from around cables, pipes and wires from attached units.     Is Cyper WP the best for controlling cluster flies?
    A
    Cyper Wp is a great product to use to treat cluster flies. You can apply it around the perimeter of the structure 2-3 feet up and 2-3 out. You can also apply this product indoors to cracks and crevices.

    Can I spray Cyper WP directly onto the soil as a perimeter treatment and it leave enough residual to work?
    I've read through the questions regarding using the Cyper WP for scorpions, and several times you mention doing a perimeter treatment. I treat the block wall (cracks and gaps between blocks and pillars), but am wondering if I can spray it directly onto the soil. Will it leave enough residue on the soil so when the scorps walk across the line it will kill them? Do I have to be able see a white residue to know there is enough product to have an impact?

    Yes, we recommend making a perimeter treatment of 2-3 feet up the side of the structure and 2-3 feet out from the side of the structure. It will leave a residual on the soil as well. A residue does not have to be seen to mean the product is working. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Can I combine Cyper WP and Suspend SC together in a 2 Gallon Chapin Sprayer
    Is it safe to combine these two insecticides in the same 2 gallon sprayer or does each need to be applied separately?

    Yes, Cyper Wp provides a residual of 30 days outdoors and 90 days indoors. You want to use one scoop per gallon of water.

    Can Cyper WP be used directly on dogs?

    Demon Wp has worked well for me for 4yrs in S. FL. Your out so thought I'd try Cyper wp?
    Wondering if the residual ingrd. that helps it stay outdoors is the same. Demon got rid of heavy roach ,spider infestation when I bought my home and has kept it away for 4yrs. I spray inside every 6mos and outside every 3. I did see today that your supposed to spray every month. My bad. I do mix it to the fullest 2 scoops per gallon and I empty a 2gallon sprayer each time around the house perimeter outside. I have a 1000 sq ft ranch home. I do the soffits and down 3ft and then the ground 3ft out and the bottom of the house 3ft up. Seems to be working hoping cyper will work as well?

    Yes. Demon Wp 1lb jars have been discontinued. We recommend Cyper in its place. It is considered the "generic" of Demon and will do a fantastic job!

    Is a respirator necessary for Cyper WP application?

    Can you use more than 2 scoops per gallon of Cyper WP?
    When I recently used Cyper about a month ago I noticed that the roaches in the kitchen seemed unaffected by it. They literally crawl over where I sprayed unfazed. So I wanted to know is it safe to use 3 cups per gallon of water for this area? All other treated areas in and out the house are clear of everything but the kitchen remains unaffected.

    No, you should not use more that 2 scoops of Cyper WP per gallon of water. We strongly recommend you use an IGR (insect growth regulator) such as Gentrol IGR, to stop the reproductive cyle of those roaches along with a roach bait such as Maxforce FC Magnum for optimal roach elimination.     Is it OK to Remove White Residue left by Cyper WP?
    We have been pleased with the results of the Cyper WP, however don't like to see the white residue on our floors. Will mopping up the residue remove the active ingredient and negate our efforts to exterminate?

    Can Cyper WP be used in flower beds?
    I have seen numerous mention of it being safe for lawns. Unless I missed it, can it be used in flower beds with out little to no effect on plants and shrubs?

    Cyper WP can be used on flower beds. However, you have to be careful because flower blossoms can be senstive to the product. You do not want to spray while bees are actively foraging. You will use the lower rate, which is 1 scoop per gallon of water. It does leave a white residue as well.

    Another product that could be used that is labeled to be broadcast across the lawn, sprayed on trees, bushes, flowers, etc. is Bifen IT. This cannot be used on any type of edibles. You will mix 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water.

    Yes, Cyper WP can be used for cicada killers. Make sure you treat in the late evening when they are down in their burrow holes to treat them effectively.

    I want to use Cyper WP mix w/Nyguard IGR for inside fleas, can i broadcast Cyper inside?
    Cyper WP label states inside fleas treatmet is crack/crevice only inside, but plan to broadcast spray the Nyguard, will I have to spray separately? Thanx

    Cyper WP is labeled to be used for fleas outdoors only. This product should not be broadcast across your carpet. We would recommend using Onslaught Insecticide with the Nyguard IGR. This can be used indoors and outdoors.

    As long as you use the Cyper WP appropriately and follow the product label instructions then it is safe for use around pets. You need to keep pets and children out of the area being sprayed both during treatment, and until all surfaces have dried which can take 1-2 hours.

    Cyper WP does come with a scooper and you do use one or two level scoops per gallon. Most of the common pests require 1 scoop per gallon of water. If you are treating carpenter ants, carpenter bees, cockroaches, fire ants, scorpions, spiders, ticks or wasps, then you need to use 2.

    How large is the scoop for Cyper WP? I have misplaced it and the instructions.

    1 scoop of Cyper WP = 0.33 oz. (9.5 gm.) which is equivalent to 2 level tablespoons.  You will use 1-2 scoops per gallon of water.  You can find the complete application instructions on the product label here.
