Hi-Yield Weed and Feed 15-0-10 does not contain phosphorous. The application timing will depend on a number of factors, such as what type(s) of weeds you are treating and your soil conditions. It would be a good idea to contact your local cooperative extension office for advice on the best time to apply this type of product in your area.
