After seeing a lot of mixed reviews, I shopped around for the Dramm valve. This is a really well made and nicely functioning product. Don't be fooled into buying a cheap knock off. My only suggestion is to not drag the valve across the ground too much as the control lever might catch on something and break off. That has NOT happened to me, as I am a bit careful.
