Roundup says it is rain proof in 3 hours. What about Imitator?

According to the manufacturer Drexel Imitator Plus is rainfast after at least 2 hours so very similar to the Roundup

What is the shelf life of Drexel after being mixed with water and before being mixed when stored?

A

Drexel Imitator Plus concentrate has a 3-5 year shelf life when kept in a climate controlled area. Once mixed with water the solution needs to be used within 24 hours. The mixed solutions will start to lose effectiveness after that 24 hour period.

When applying Drexel Imitator Plus the applicator should wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants, shoes plus socks, chemical-resistant gloves, and safety goggles. Per the MSDS sheet avoid breathing vapor or spray mist.

Drexel Imitator Plus is a glyphosate product and will kill pretty much anything you apply it to. We recommend using something like Fusilade. Fusilade is a selective post emergent herbicide that controls a long list of perennial and annual grass weeds in turf and landscaped areas. Not only is Fusilade II fast and effective, but it can be applied as a spot treatment or an over the top application without damaging ornamental plants. It can also be used to remove bermuda grass from tall fescue and zoysia grass when used at reduced rates. Please review the product label before application.

Is there any way I can get my grass back after spraying Drexel Imitator Plus on it?
I sprayed my whole yard with this and week after my grass is yellow but not the weeds. I believe the grass is dead.

Drexel Imitator Plus uses the same active ingredient as RoundUp-glyphosate so it will kill the lawn and anything sprayed as it is a non-selective herbicide. In most cases, it is a permanent kill for soft tissue plants, especially grass. All you can do now re-seed or re-sod your lawn.

I got some small Stems growing in my back yard from the neighbor yard. And I read and if mowed it to the grow and spray some of this or roundup on it that it will kill that specific one.

Drexel Imitator Plus is essentially the same thing as RoundUp and would not be advised to spray over the whole area as it would likely eliminate the weeds and the grass you wish to keep. If you chose to use it, the product label advises to keep grazing animals out of the area for about 14 days. A better option would be to use something like GrazonNext which is labeled for stinging nettle and will not harm most pasture grasses while controlling the target weeds. GrazonNext HL Herbicide also comes with no restriction for any kind of livestock, including beef cattle, goats, horses, nursing dairy animals, and sheep and won't harm desirable grasses like bahiagrass, bermudagrass, fescue, orchard and other mixed native grasses.
