I purchased 2 bags for a dead rat odor. The dead rat was in the wall about 3' above the floor in a 5'x 6' (30 sq ft) walk in closet with a door. After 3 weeks the odor was still present though maybe not as strong even keeping the closet door closed. The odor was not present on the other side of the wall in the bathroom. I thought 2 bags would have worked in a 30 sq ft area. I bought the two bags from two different web sites, same exact product. So I have been disappointed with this product.

We are trying to get rid of the smell of a dead rodent in the wall of our bedroom. We hung two of the bags in our room and waited for a week, but there was no difference in the smell. We were disappointed that the bags did not work and returned the unopened third bag that we ordered.

This product did not work for me. I had an odor from some sort of small animal that died behind my hot water heater and I could not reach it to remove it. I followed the instructions on the product bag, but it didn't seem to make any difference and still took weeks for the odor to subside.

Put 2 bags in 25 sq ft area for dead rodent behind cabinet- did not mitigate odor as promised. Tried two other products for 1/3 of cost of ec bags and they worked fine. Waste of money!

While the customer service from this company is outstanding the product itself did not do what we needed it to. I had two bags in the vicinity of the odor for more than three weeks and the smell is still strong.

I purchased 2 bags of this. Hung them as directed and slightly cracked a window as instructed. It's been almost 3 weeks and they haven't removed any smell. It cost me over $30 with results. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product.

I purchased this to get rid of a foul decaying odor in my basement. Turned out to be a dead rodent. This product did absolutely nothing. I honestly can't understand how anyone reviewed this product as helpful. Please save yourself the time and stress and don't waste your money. Not even worth one star but had to give one to submit my review - the product is absolute snake oil! Your company should be ashamed to sell a product that you claim does one thing but actually does nothing whatsoever.

We are sorry to hear that the product did not work as expected. We are happy to troubleshoot any issues with you. Can you confirm all bodies were removed that were causing the odor? How long have you had the bags out, how many do you have out? It will take time to remove odors depending on how long it takes any decaying bodies that are not removed to completely decay which may be longer than 30 days.
