Eco-Mate ARMICARB "O" 100 Fungicide is a broad spectrum contact foliar fungicide that controls a variety of diseases on ornamental plants, in greenhouses, on crops and on turf. ARMICARB should be applied at the first sign of disease. For best protection repeat the treatment at one to two week intervals until conditions are no longer favorable for disease development.

If moisture gets in and hardens the material, all you will need to do is crush it back up, and it will be fine. They did not indicate a shelf life for this product.
