Esplanade EZ contains the following active ingredients:
Indaziflam - 0.089%
Diquat dibromide - 0.890%
Glyphosate isopropylamine salt - 20.460%
Esplandade EZ has a 3 year shelf life from the date of purchase if stored away from extreme temperatures.
Per the product label for Esplanade EZ it states only under drought conditions it may be neccessary to water the product in.  Otherwise it should not need to be done. Ideally if needed, it should be watered in within 7 days of application.  This is the general standard with pre-emergents.
The mix rate for Esplanade EZ is 8 fl oz - 16 fl oz per gallon of water depending on the pest you are treating. So if you are using a 3 gallon sprayer, you will mix 24 fl oz - 48 fl oz total.  Please refer to the product label for mix rate recommendations.Â
Esplanade EZÂ is labeled to be mixed at 8 oz per 500 sq feet or 1 gallon of water. Since this product is considered a pre and post emergent for weeds and grass the use rate is higher.
