Can you adjust the spray between fan and pin with out changing the bits?

No, you should have received 3 different nozzle attachments with your sprayer, so you would have to change out the nozzles to change spray patterns on the FlowZone Typhoon 2.5 Variable Pressure 5 Position Battery Backpack Sprayer

The included spray tips work great, but I am curious if there is a wider fan for lawn care.

The FlowZone Typhoon 2.5 (FZVAAK- 2.5) has been discontinued by the manufacturer and replaced with the Typhoon 3 Battery Powered Backpack Sprayer. The Typhoon 3 comes with updated QC Nozzles (TeeJet Style): QC 45 Degree Fan TeeJet, QC 0 Degree Pin Stream TeeJet, & QC Brass Adjustable Cone Nozzle.
