Easy to use. Way cheaper than having a pest service apply it. Mixes with pesticides. No residue noted on wood, wool, fabric, wallpaper.

So far. Less, less roaches. I spray every day. All rooms are treated. I mix with Fenvastar. Cracks and crevices are spray.

You must buy this product, we were struggling with a German roach issue for 3 years and tried every over the counter products with minimal success. After using this product along with Avidon gel bait within a week no more bugs!!!

I own a trailer park and have spent as much as $700 to get a professional to rid one rental of bedbugs . We own 6 trailers imagine what our expense could be . I found out what the pro used ( Zenprox and Gentrol IGR ) ,made my purchase from DoMyOwn PestControl and have saved thousands since. Renters constantly bring home bedbugs with goodwill furniture . Here we have solved a big problem very economically . KUDOS ! Thank YOU !

Worked for a large pest control giant and learned why they are the biggest in the world. Taught me to use IGR for roaches and bed bugs! Along with a few other products this one is the most underrated! Highly recommend for bed bugs if your not!!!!

I've researched online and this is what you need to stop roaches from reproducing in the future. Gentrol is very effective and the people at this company helped me out very much with information. Don't waste your money buying insecticides at the stores. Do you want something that works? This company has it all.

This is a great product. This product got rid of my bedbug and roach infestation for good. I saw a decrease in there number after a one time use. With in two weeks they were completely gone. Genetrol is a must have if you want to illuminate a bug infestation because it stops the ones that the insecticide doesn't kill from reproducing.

This was for my son's townhouse that was overrun by German cockroaches. I made my own kit by purchasing Gentrol IGR Concentrate, Maxforce FC Magnum and Demon WP Insecticide. They used these products and said they noticed a huge difference by the next day. They are going to apply two more times at two week intervals. I think that may wipe them out completely. I highly recommend these products.

This product just palin works on german roaches. It is not an overnight cure, it takes sometime and multiple applications. Used with a good pesticide does wonders. You will need more than a single bottle grab the 10 pack, you wont be sorry.

This is used to prevent eggs from hatching. It truly does work. Also, the do it yourself pest control in my area charges three times the amount for thus product. Its cheaper to get it here. Plus, they will talk you through it over the phone.

I've seen only a few baby roaches since I sprayed this inside of another solution (SC). Wish their were none but I'll spray again and then eventually there will be.

Moved into an apartment that is infested with roaches. Set out Raid traps and reported to management, who had someone come spray, but they're still everywhere! I decided to take matters into my own hands. This was easy to apply, I just bought an empty spray bottle, and covered my baseboards, doorframes, and cupboards. Its been a couple weeks, and I have been seeing fewer roaches, and many if them have deformed wings, so I would guess that it's working. Definitely does not kill them though, just keeps them from laying more eggs. I also put out Maxforce Magnum, which has helped a bit, but am now ordering some spray to hopefully get rid of them once and for all!

Best treatment for german roaches along with boric acid powder for the crevasses. It doesnt take thousands of dollars the Exterminators want to charge to get rid of this annoying pest.

My tenants have children & HAD bedbugs, which have been found infesting at least one DC school. As a grandmother, I don't feel comfortable letting the tenants "control" the problem with insecticides, & the probability of reinfestation via schoolbus or lockers make heat treatment of their 5-bedroom house too expensive. So we mix up a half-gallon of Gentrol each month & spray SAFELY!

I ordered 2 of these small bottles to try since my daughter said they ordered it and they only used it twice and got rid of roaches in a home they were buying. I wanted to get rid of the critters that came into our home from a house across the road that is being demolished...I am very pleased that it is working and doing the trick and we're still on the first bottle. So that definitely says it works and we are pleased. Thank You !!

Ok, I'm not one to do reviews....BUT....something worked!!! I live in the city and the neighbors got evicted AND WERE INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! The landlord took the kitchen cabinets out of the house and slammed them on the ground and roaches went everywhere!!! Long story short, they got into my house!!!!!!!!!! I was freaking out!! My daughter is allergic to them! I honestly don't know what worked because I used temprid sc, fenvastar ecocap, boric acid, diatomaceous earth, delta dust, and gentrol....one or all of those worked!! It was not over night. It took about a month, but it did work.

I never had roaches for 7yrs and then I say them in my house. Tried all I could to get rid of them but nothing worked. Second time using this product and it is a real good thing in getting rid of those small brown roaches. Nothing seems to kill them but this product seems to slow the reproducing of them and with other cleaning methods they all die. Bought again as a precautionary measure in doing my own pest control and will keep buying it.

My neighbor was in the pest exterminator business. This is the same product as he used. Dilute product as directed on label. One application a year and roaches, ants, silver fish, sting bugs and more gone. Also, used product on the outside close to the foundation.

Hard to say how good it works because I'm not a scientist by any means. I used it in combination with permethrin in a hand sprayer. I didn't realize how many bugs were in my house! Hundreds of dead spiders,earwigs,ground beetles and things I couldn't identify were laying dead up against the wall moldings throughout the house the very next day. After I thoroughly vacuumed I haven't seen a bug since. Also sprayed the exterior perimeter of foundation and did a once over of the backyard lawn. I live in a farming community and bugs are just something people live with here. NOT ME! Not anymore! Thank you for the fast shipping and I can say for sure that I'll be a lifetime customer! And I'll put my name on it too. That's how happy I am with domymyown.

I used this mixed with temprid fx for my roach and bed bug problem.( used boric acid and cimexa dust too) I would see a couple roaches a day usually when I got up in the morning for work. I sprayed once and seen a couple dead roaches right away and would only see a roach every couple days. My bed bug problem that I have had for roughly a year was pretty small so I seen only two bed bugs after the first spraying and they were pretty weak looking (they usually run away but not this time). A week after the first spraying I sprayed again. even in the walls where I drilled holes and in every crack and crevice I could find, even in the trim on the ceiling. After the second treatment i didn't see any roaches or bed bugs at all even with me waking up randomly in the middle of the night to check for them in the usual places. A week later I fogged my house with a thermal fogger useing shockwave just to make sure and didnt see a single roach or bed bug any where so im gueasing the temprid/gentrol took care of them on its own. Interesting thing i found though was even after all them treatments I found a rolli polli twice now walking around so maybe they are a super bug or somthing lol.

Don't waste your stress, time & $ on fighting this pest without including IGR to the pesticide. Please, don't make my mistakes & waste a bunch of $ before realizing you should just get it done correctly so you don't spend a year battling these vampire pests. Would not wish it in my worst enemy, what we've gone through!!

This product is very good, it works. Make sure you follow the manufacturer instructions. I will definitely 're-order the Gentrol IGR Concentrate. I'm very pleaded with the results. It's best to layer when using the product. After the first application, wait about 2-3 weeks before you spray again and spray in the same spots and different spots if You are still seeing bugs(roaches) you should be seeing less by now.
