How do you get the Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer for Lawn and Landscape RTS to turn on? I connected my hose and pushed the white lever to on, but nothing came out.

The instructions for Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer for Lawn and Landscape RTS can be viewed on the product label and instructed as follows:
- Shake well before using. Connect the sprayer to hose.
- Turn ON the water at the faucet.
- To BEGIN spraying, slide the lever to “ON” position and spray as directed.
- To STOP spraying, slide the lever to “OFF” position.
- Turn OFF water at the faucet.
- Relive water pressure by sliding the lever to “WATER” position.
- After water slows to a drip, slide the lever to “OFF” position.
- Disconnect sprayer from hose.
