Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide is applied at the rate of 1.2 fl oz per 1000 sq. ft., so you would use 4.8 fl oz to treat 4000 sq. ft.  This will generally go into 1-2 gallons of water per 1000 sq. ft. depending on how much water it takes to cover the area
