Per the instructions on the Hi-Yield Indoor/Outdoor 10% Permethrin Insecticide product label: "For initial clean up of severe insect infestation, dilute at a rate of 6.7 ounces of this product to 1 gallon water. For normal infestations dilute 1 1/3 ounces of this product to 1 gallon of water."
