I see that this product uses a caulk gun as an applicator, but can I use this with Wood Mabi Injectors (specifically the 1/4")? Would I need a special tip or can I just push the tip into the injector?

Jecta should be applied with a caulking gun. There is not a specific hole size this product should be applied in, however, the label does give more specifics about how much should be applied in various size holes.
