Killzall Weed and Grass Killer is an herbicide so it will not likely have any effect on ants. Something like Termidor SC applied around the outside perimeter of the shed will help to keep ants out.
If Birds were to ingest the seeds that are wet with Killzall Weed and Grass Killer - 41% Glyphosate they can be harmed. We would recommend to take up the seeds that were sprayed.
Killzall Weed and Grass Killer - 41% Glyphosate will not likely kill Pecan trees. If applied to the trunk it could cause some stress. If there were a pecan tree cut down to stump, it could kill the stump if applied undiluted.
Both the Killzall II and Killzall Weed and Grass Killer contain 41% Glyphosate. Please refer to the dilution instructions on page 6 and page 7 of the product label.

When using Killzall Weed and Grass Killer, if the weed is actively growing (not just green), is not under cold stress or drought stress or recently mowed you should see results within 1-3 weeks depending on the type of plant. A second application may be needed after 4 weeks for very hard to kill plants (woody stemmed plants or vines).
Killzall Weed and Grass Killer - 41% Glyphosate is mixed at 2.5 ounces per gallon of water for most annual and perennial weeds. Please see the label for complete application instructions.

Per the Killzall Label, it is recommended that this product not be used in areas where there is potential for runoff. It will likely harm any wildlife that come in contact with it when it is still wet.
A better option would be Rodeo Herbicide. It is labeled for use around bodies of water and will not harm fish.

Unfortunately, there is no extended control version of this product. You didn't state what type of garden that you are treating for. There are several types of products that you could use. Killzall Weed and Grass Killer is an herbicide and will not control any type of insects including lice. If lice is a problem you would want to seek the treatment of a medical professional and wash and dry sheets and clothes that you suspect may have any stragglers on it.
Killzall Weed and Grass Killer - 41% Glyphosate will not kill the tree when applied on less windy days and not applied directly to the trees, especially the foliage. Avoid direct contact with desirable plants.
Killzall Weed and Grass Killer - 41% Glyphosate can kill foxtail weeds, but would be best if cut down first then sprayed. If you cannot cut them, then you do want to get as close to the base as possible so that the product can get to the roots.
