How long after applying Lonarch Herbicide Weed Killer Concentrate do I have to wait to plant? Can I broadcast, roll/crimp and then spray this product?

A

Since Lonarch Herbicide does not migrate through the soil and does not translocate in plants, areas may be replanted 24 hours after spraying Lonarch Herbicide Weed Killer Concentrate as directed oer the manufacturer.

Can this product be used on the entire centipede lawn to address spurge and other broadleaf weeds ?
My backyard has weeds that need to be addressed and controlled. However, I allow my dog to use the yard in the back daily. I'm reluctant to use anything at the moment. Can I apply this product by spraying the entire lawn? And will it be safe for my dog after the application?

Lonarch Herbicide Weed Killer Concentrate is an eco-friendly non-selective herbicide which means it would also kill the centipede grass. IF you just want to kill everything including the grass and reseed/sod the area you could use it. As long as you keep pets/children out of the area while you treat and until the product has had time to completely dry or settle there is a reduced risk for children and pets. Typically after 4-6 hours.

Lonarch Herbicide Weed Killer Concentrate is not labeled for residential lawns, but it is targeted to kill grasses as it is a non selective herbicide. In order to be able to recommend a product safe for your lawn, we would need to know what type of lawn you have & what weeds you are targetting. We would also need to know many square feet you are treating. If you do not know either or both, you may get them identified through your extension office or a local lawn care company as DMO no longer offers weed identifications

Is this product effective on English ivy and can it be used uphill from streams and lakes?

Since Lonarch Herbicide does not migrate through the soil and does not translocate in plants you can use it uphill from streams and lakes and yes it is labeled for English Ivy.
