Please read the product label as applications vary. The label does state not to make more than 8 foliar applications per year.

For most products you want to have at least 6 hours of dry time before rain for the product to completely dry and adhere to the surfaces treated.

The Marins Rescue All Purpose Fungicide is not labeled for use on tomato plants at all, and for the edibles that it is labeled for there is a preharvest interval after the last spraying. You could use Fertilome Triple Action Plus as a fungicide on tomatoes right up to day of harvest.
