If the bud rot is caused by Phytophthora spp the product label for Mefenoxam 2 AQ Fungicide states: For individual plants you would use 4 drops per gallon.
Per the manufacturers label: For downy mildew, apply Mefenoxam 2 AQ Fungicide at 0.49 – 0.98 fl oz per 100 gals of water in a tank mix (for resistance management) with a non-Group 4 fungicide labeled for downy mildew. Please read and follow the label instructions.
Mefenoxam 2 AQ Fungicide is safe when used as directed. To avoid breathing in Mefenoxam 2 AQ Fungicide, the SDS states, "Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas. Wear an appropriate NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator if ventilation is inadequate."
