It instantly feeds though roots (soil zones) and leaves (foliar). Perfect to be used on all indoor and outdoor plants, vegetables, flowers and every soil and water conditions. - With the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder: One feeder packet in the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder covers 500 sq. ft. in about 12 minutes
- With a Watering Can: Mix 1 tablespoon of Miracle-Gro for every gallon of water
- For All Flowers and Vegetables: Use 1 gallon for every 10 square feet of flowers and vegetables, every 7 to 14 days
- For Roses: Use 1/2 gallon for small bushes. Use 1 gallon for large bushes. Feed every 7 to 14 days

If plants are experiencing drought or really dry soil, then it is suggested to water the plant before applying the product. Light to moderate rain is perfectly fine before or after an application. If heavy rain or storms are predicted it is suggested to wait until the following morning once the rain has stopped to apply the product.   ÂQHow long is Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food good for? This application is made to indoor plants once every two weeks and outdoor every 7-14 days. The dilution recommendations are important and will provide enough food to the plant and still be very effective if following the product label instructions.
