We are not sure of the answer to this question. You would need to ask the NY Dept. of Health if it is permitted as we are not sure.

My house has several types of roaches, especially German cockroaches in the kitchen. We also have a toddler and two dogs.AMOP UP Boric Acid Insecticide is not labeled to be used in homes so we cannot recommend it for this use.  For roaches we would recommend one of our Roach Control Kits.  We also have a great guide here that can further explain the correct treatment needed for them.
