Yes you can use bait with the Nooski Mouse Trap.  Per the manufacturer, when it comes to adding bait to your trap, it helps to know what your rodents are looking for. This is not always easy to determine, especially since individuals in a rodent population seek different types of foods. Therefore, using different baits when many rodents are involved is wise. If possible, take note of what your rodents are feeding on (potato chips, for example), and use this as one type of bait. Divide the traps up and bait some with bacon bits or other meat, some with peanut butter smudges, and some with dental floss or other nesting materials.
