Product Overview
Pennington Big Buck Soybeans is an annual legume that is ideal for both wildlife food and for edible seed. It is an excellent food source for deer, rabbits, pheasants, doves, turkey, ducks, and quail. Effectively attracts wildlife since it acts as feed and a cover at the same time. This seed is highly preferred by deer once it has emerged. For best results after planting, it needs repellents and fencing to prevent small acreage plantings from being destroyed through the grazing pressure of deer. This warm-season annual legume can be mixed with other warm-season annual legumes such as corn, peas, clover, and grain sorghum. Staggered planting is suggested in 1 to 2 week intervals for continuous production all throughout the season. For best results, plant between the months of April to August. Available in a 50-pound bag.
