Pennington Smart Patch Bermudagrass Mix takes the guesswork out of lawn repair. It contains everything necessary to repair bare spots, eliminate soil and disease problems, and to grow healthy, thick grass. This Bermuda seeding mixture also contains Chewings fescue, which is proven to produce fast results, organic microbials to treat and prevent disease, and a water-resistant tackifier to keep it in place in rain or on hills and slopes. Smart Patch is drought tolerant and the mulch turns a lighter color when it’s dry, letting you know when it is time to water. For best results, this seed should be planted in late spring or early summer.
