I own a company and all my techs use this for exterior or sensitive apps, where peanut butter cannot be used. Does not "melt" does not draw roaches and ants, does not mold and works well.

This did not work at all. I put the bait on a sticky trap...AND caught nothing. No signs of any mice which had been in the room previously.

I bought this before I needed it so when I did see a mouse I would be ready. When I saw a mouse I put it down on a trap and the next morning it was in trap dead.
