I have a 10" queen memory foam mattress, will the Protect-A-Bed AllerZip Smooth Mattress Encasement 9" fit?
Which size should I get the 9" or the next size up?

The Protect-A-Bed AllerZip Smooth Mattress Encasement 9" deep will fit 8" - 11" deep mattresses, so would be fine on the 10" mattress.

Does the Protect-A-Bed AllerZip Smooth Mattress Encasement have a terry cotton top towel like fabric on the top?

The Protect-A-Bed AllerZip Smooth Mattress Encasement does not have a terry cotton top but instead is the same fabric "membrane" as the rest of the encasement.

We do have the Protect-A-Bed Full Extra-Long (XL) mattress encasement that is 11 inches. This will fit mattresses up to 15 inches deep. We recommend spraying an infested mattress with bed bug control products first before encasing it and then keeping the mattress encasements intact for at least 12 months (bed bugs can live a very long time without a blood meal). The bed bugs and eggs inside will die, and the mattress will be protected from further infestation.
