Really like the straw that comes with it . Makes it easy to get into cracks and other small places . Don't really blame the manufacturer but because there are some many regulations on pesticides none of them work quickly so you end up using 10 x as much.I have tried this and several other products and can't say how well they work after spraying a bug they were still moving so I smushed them. My infestation is diminishing so I suppose it maybe working to eliminate the ones hiding behind the wall. Time will tell.

Dear Debby, Phantom is made to have a very slow kill because it allows the insects that crawl over treated areas to pick it up on their bodies and return to the colony or nest. Then, through social interactions, the insecticide is spread to the other insects. It can take a few days to kill and will not kill immediately even if the insects are sprayed directly. Smushing the insects will defeat the purpose of using this product. You should choose Phantom for ants, roaches and other social insects. If you want a fast kill, you should choose a pyrethrin based product such as Microcare. That product will kill on contact but it does not leave behind a residual to keep killing after it has dried. I just purchased this product and I still see a few roaches.  It is definitely a crack and crevice spray, in my desperation to rid myself of these pests I sprayed on some of the baseboards and it turned that part of the walls smoky black. Would I buy this product again?  Probably not, I would need to look for something that has a direct kill affect.  However, I will shop your company again you have good products. I will just have to educate myself better. Thank you!

I've not used it to date because I needed to wait 4 weeks before using it a second time. It's got me a bit afraid after reading the label but I do plan to use it this weekend to prevent my insect infestation from reoccurring along with my weekly defogging of my condo. I'm hoping this is going to finally rid my condo of this year long problem.

I guess I was expecting faster results and more product for the money. I have used an entire can of spray, but my 2000 sf home was not completely sprayed. I think the roach infestation is partly under control, but @ nearly $30 per can this was an expensive remedy. I will probably order another can to complete the job.

Maybe I'm not doing something right??? This spray does or has been killing other bugs around my windows and vents. But I've sprayed my baseboards, box springs, my mattress and the carpet, but the bed bugs are still visible. I do have to admit I don't see as many as before, but I don't want to see them at all! I won't give up because I know this isn't a quick fix situation.

Purchased two cans and have already used one. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly, but I still have ants. Same random ant issue ... no trails, doesn't appear to be food related or water related either. Just darn random. I thought they would bring the spray back to the colony and kill-off the queen. But, I'm seeing dead ants where I sprayed, so it doesn't appear they're reaching the queen.

Pros: It does work pretty well, and it's nice to have a non-repellant with low to no odor. Cons: It's not so easy to apply to your entire house. Our house is about 1700 sq feet, and it takes almost an entire can to do the whole thing (under baseboards, appliances, plumbing, etc). It's kind of back breaking work to do all the stooping and crouching, and it doesn't always spray well through the tube included. Overall, not a bad purchase though.

IN MY CASE THERE WAS VERY LIMITED POSITIVE RESULTS. STILL DIRT COMING OUT OF THE GROUND TO INSIDE OR BEHING BEDS FROM THE ADJOINT OF THE TILE AND THE SKIRTING BOARD. NO ANTS OR VERY FEW SEEN RUNNING JUST THE DIRT, LIKE IF YOU WERE SPREADING IT ALL OVER UNTIL YOU GET A LARGE MOUNT.
