RM43 is an herbicide that provides total vegetation control on bare ground or it can be used for spot control on vines, brush, and more than 150 types of weeds that include poison ivy, poison oak, and kudzu. RM43 kills existing weeds and will prevent future growth of invasive plants in undesirable locations. Made from a combination of two different herbicides and a surfactant, RM43 is highly effective in protecting against invasive plants for up to 1 year in most locations. It is rainfast in as little as 2 hours and once dry, a treated location is safe for re-entry of people and animals. For Total Vegetation Control (Bareground): Use hand-operated spray equipment such as backpack sprayers and pump sprayers. Mix 7.4 fl. oz. of RM43 with water to produce 1 to 10 gallons of spray solution. Apply to actively growing weeds in early summer. Spray the mix over areas where total vegetaton control and bareground are desired. Maximum application rate of this product is 2.5 gallons per acre per year. For Spot Control of Brush, Vines, and Weeds: Use hand-operated spray quipment such as backpack sprayers and pump sprayers. Mix 6 oz. of product per 1 gallon of spray solution. Thoroughly and uniformly spray foliage of woody plants to wet.
