Roundup Quik Pro is a great product for controlling weeds with spot sprays but it will kill anything it touches. While using Miracle-Gro may help to an extent, there isn't a way to reverse the effects of roundup once its been absorbed by a plant. The best thing to do now is wait and then reseed with centipede grass in the areas that died off around the driveway. A pre-emergent like Dimension 2EW or Prodiamine 65 would both work very well for your needs.
