I did an experiment.
The hills I live in the foothills of the White mountains New Hampshire. Year round at a house that was made for a camp. So the lawn is mostly sand and dead soil I found some topsoil in and around the yard put about inch bad topsoil. But it was better than just gravel and sand half the yard I used soil doctor lawn lime, the other half nothing I wish I could send you pictures because the side with lawn lime is healthy and about 5 in after a month month or so. The other half looks like a bad hair plug procedure. I will definitely buy this product I have a lot of pine trees around the area someone told me pine trees are bad for grass and you need to get lime this is a great product.
