Thank you for your comments! Suspend SC is a residual insecticide rather than an instant kill; insects that contact the direct spray or treated areas will die, but it will take longer to kill insects than a product that is made for contact kill only. Be sure not to contaminate food-handling surfaces or utensils when using insecticides. If these surfaces are accidentally contacted, then you can clean these areas thoroughly before use.

Does not kill carpenter bees. Otherwise kills other insects for a long period of time.

Suspend Polyzone will actually kill carpenter bees when they land on treated areas, but the product does take time to kill these insects and they may be able to cause damage to wood until they are killed by the application.
