What are the side effects of Steri-Fab Insecticide?

Sprayed previously while wearing PPE with zero problem. Yesterday I saw a group if bedbugs, grabbed the spray and sprayed the bugs. No PPE and when I returned to room when most settled. Became VERY dizzy. Still dizzy today. What should I do?
