Would rain affect if lilies are treated a few hours before. Will it wash Catt Plex off?

Per the product label, when using Cattplex, schedule applications in order to allow 6 hours before treated plants are covered by tidewater. Rainfall or immersion within 6 hours after application may reduce effectiveness.
